So he left, but is coming back just for the final performance? I would be upset if I were whoever took over for him when he left originally, and I didn't get to perform on the final night after doing the role for the closing months.

I already saw the movie, but am most looking forward to seeing Amanda Bynes when I see it again. I had no idea this girl had such a voice. I was pleasantly surprised with most of the cast, James Marsden, Zac Effron, and Brittany Snow all surprised me with their great vocals. And I really liked the song "The New Gilr in Town", it fit well and was a cute number.

Maybe they cast him before his voice had started to change. But regardless, I think that as opposed to cutting out one of the bigger (and IMO one of the best) songs from the show at any given performance is unacceptable. The understudy should have just been put on.
