And where were you sitting? There were two of us there in the front row and we were both grossed out (and we're both acresses).

Sorry, but plenty of other actors have good diction without constantly spitting on each other. I can understand a little, but this was excessive and abnormal.

The crowd was decent and seemed pretty responsive. They actually gave a standing ovation at the end. I did see a handful of empty seats, but I couldn't really see the mezzanine. For all I know, it could've been half empty. I was surprised when I got front row seats a week and a half before it opened. Now I know why.

I went to see "Curtains" yesterday and sat in the front row. It was a great show, but unfortunately I didn't realize that DHP was going to be on vacation and I really missed seeing him. John Bolton filled in for him and did a decent job with one big exception. Since we were "up close and personal" we got to see a little more than we'd bargained for. Bolton seems to "spray" his words as he sings or says them. His spittle (and sweat) was flying everywhere and got worse as the show progressed.
