OK, so this is something I've given a lot of thought to... Yes, call me a Musical Theatre Geek... Here are my choices:
Glinda - While Megan Hilty would be my first choice, I don't think the has the "Hollywood Star Power"... Amy Adams would be perfect, but she might be a little too old for the part... Therefore, I choose Kristen Bell (But let's not rule out Jennifer Lawrence just yet).

Dan - Hugh Jackman (obviously)
Diana - Idina Menzel (Her name is big enough now, and she could sing the sh!t out of it
Natalie - Vanessa Hudgens (Big name for younger audiences)
Gabe - Nick Jonas (Poster Boy for perfection, duh!)
Henry - Josh Hutcherson (not sure if he can sing, but Henry doesn't sing much anyway, plus I'm sure the "Hey" songs would be spoken, not sung in the movie)
Dr. Madden - Neil Patrick Harris (Would be a fun throw-back to Doogie Howser... and well, he's
