As an ex-Taylor Hicks die hard fan, let me just share that not all of his fans are nuts. His after-AI fans fall into four major categories:
80% - Left and became obsessed with something else
10% - Are these crazy bitches you all are talking about, who I agree need mental help
5% - Are even scarier than that, and are listed on a "Keep Away From" list that each of Taylor's bodyguards has
5% - Other
Personally, I think that Taylor is not a perfect fit for the role, but

Using scientific pitch notation, where middle C= C4, the last note is a C5 sharp. It is held for 14 beats.
