They do give out a playbill (before the show to most, after the show if you have stage seats), but no separate Equus-only programs. The playbills they give out have a nice Equus section, but also adverts for other Broadway productions.
As for what Dan will/won't sign, I know in London, he only signed Equus-related stuff or autograph books. Not sure about the "rules" here, but having seen the play, I think it would be rather an insult to his effort in Equus to ask him to sign something
