Rock of Ages Ticketing Question

I am planning to purchase Rock of Ages tickets. I know that I could avoid ticket fees by purchasing directly from the box office, but because I am unable to make it there before the show, I am wondering if I could order tickets through the box office by phone? Please let me know, thanks!

I'm thinking about taking my boyfriend to see Rock of Ages for his 26th birthday. He's a music lover and likes going to the theater. This musical looks like a lot of fun! The only thing I'm worried about is that lacks a deeper plot or cast of characters, both of which I know he'd appreciate. Can anyone provide some insight?
Also, what type of crowd can I expect for the Sunday matinee?
