Hi,
Listen what you can do-
Call Telecharge at 212-947-8844 and mention the confirmation number. Ask that the electronic tickets will be mailed. Have the operator repeat the email address to make sure they got it right. Before you call, check your spam/junk folder to see if the tickets have not landed there?

Remember you always have discounted tickets in websites like BroadwayBox.com , Playbill and TheaterMania.
These are Often easier than all the other options.
You should give it a try. I personally know that BroadwayBox.com has at the moment big discounts for Mary Poppins, Little Mermaid, Blue Man Group, and few others...
