Hamilton Cancellation Line

I finally went to the canc line on Wed 3/8. I got there at 8:00am and got 2nd row tickets. I was about #10 in line and there were 5 people after me and we all got tickets to the matinee. We received the tickets at about 11:30am. Brilliant.

How early do I need to get to the cancellation line for Wed 12/28? I'm assuming I'll get two Shots at getting a ticket.

My daughter and I are going to the cancellation line on Wed 12/28 - If we don't get tickets, I would be interested in splitting 2 tickets for the Jan 6th Show.
