Thanks so much. And we are trying to go within the next week, on a weekday so that is encouraging.

Totally new at this and would like to see Much Ado. If I want to get tickets at the Delacorte, how early do people start lining up during the week, like a Wednesday? And how late is too late that you’ll probably miss out? Thanks and so sorry if this has been asked a zillion times before.

Wow, wish I was in the city right now as there are two $200 orchestra seats available on StubHub.

Just left the box office and there were six people in line. I don’t know what time the first person got there, but the customer service guy said they had been there since yesterday.

When people sell a ticket to posters here, how do they handle it? And what about StubHub....do people post their ticket and can adjust the price as it gets closer to the date, or does the price stay the same the entire time?

Hello Dolly standing room/rush Oct 13 2017, 04:41:27 PM
Got into town Saturday evening and decided to see what show had tickets available by chance. HD had two tickets in the $225 price range (although I don’t know where they were. Once she said the price, I said no thanks) at around 5:30pm. I was shocked and hope that I can get that lucky again when I actually have the money!
Ended up seeing The Play That Goes Wrong for $30.

This is me:https://youtu.be/BF-MtSxapDs We had 48" of water in our house in Harvey and lost everything that was downstairs. My teen daughter who has a lot of anxiety listened to Dear Evan Hanson pretty continuously and it totally got us through all of the stress.
My daughter and I really want to see Ben before he leaves and it became so much more important after the flood so I talked my husband into tacking on a trip to NYC at the end of a road trip to Michigan to visit his family. Any advice would be appreciated."
I’d say buy two tickets for your daughter and one other person, then get tickets to another show for the rest of those in your party.
Last Saturday, my daughter saw DEH alone (I was able to secure one ticket via the 4-day out thing) and then got $30 rush tickets for The Play That Goes Wrong for me and my husband (which is playing right down the street).

There's a 3-day hold on emailed tickets. For Saturday's show, you should receive the email early Friday morning, probably in the wee hours."
Thanks so much for your quick reply!

So right after buying my ticket, I immediately got an email from Telecharge with all the specifics, price, etc. I know that I’m supposed to print the ticket to bring, but I don’t actually see a ticket with a barcode. Am I doing something wrong?

The ticket is for my daughter.
I have some other options I’m looking into for the evening.

Finally! After having dealt with Telecharge’s website not working right for hours, I took a chance today and it actually worked! I tried a couple of times and was told that there were no tickets available, then I cleared out all of my choices and started over with just 8pm on Saturday and Bingo! Scored a Center mezzanine, row J ticket for $183 (including fees) ten minutes ago.
Thank God because my daughter is coming home from college for the weekend and want

Has anyone else had problems with accessing Telecharge website today? I was constantly checking for about half an hour, then I wasn’t able to get onto the tickets part from four different computers for hours!

Does it actually say "Let the site choose a seat for you" or "I'll sit in any of the listed sections". Just want to make sure I'm clicking the right thing.
