Does anyone know if the box office is actually open for tickets? The website says you can buy tickets there but it doesn't list hours. Thank you!

When I lost the lottery earlier I got a notification that there were 69.50 tickets for tonight's performance available to the losers. I think that's about the same price as the balcony seats, anyone have any idea if these tickets for lottery losers are balcony seats or seats downstairs? I got the same message yesterday but opened it too late. Thanks!
