BLACK LIGHT at Greenwich House
Caught the second preview last evening and was mesmerized by Jomama Jones!
Had no clue this played Joe's Pub previously. She's wonderful, the band is incredible, and a really nice mix of story-telling and entertainment.
I took a chance on a TDF ticket and was so glad I did.
Has anyone else gone yet?

Note that Ben Brantley's review is the ONLY negative one for this pretty flawless revival and he's bee so off the mark over the past few year its hard to take anything he writes seriously anymore, IMHO.

This revival is stunning from start to finish - by far the best thing I’ve seen all season, it’s a shame it didn’t make the Tony cutoff. There isn’t a weak link in the cast, and Robin de Jesus steals the show as the perfect Emory but they all truly deliver. Definitely echo the others by saying grab a ticket while you can before the reviews come out - I certainly can’t wait to go back.
