I HAVE stopped posting...this will not hurt the case...this is the same information Mr. Smiley has made public. Any new information that I shared was of my personal experience... as I would have told any reporter. I shared MY experience with Mr. Cohen and his office alone...to give some perspective to the questions you all had. These things have been copied and sent to everyone involved. No worries.

In response to SeanMartin~ *Granted, BUT why did your initial post seem to find it necessary to ask how Mr. Cohen chooses to spend his money* And what gives him the right to say that all that footage belongs to ONLY HIM to do with as he pleases?...and why did he stop paying the residuals?....AND... he wouldn't have had the money to spend in the first place if he didn't make it off of the incredible talents that make up the piece! IN my book.....that's stealing...

OK, Fosse76...your turn...sorry it took me so long... You're of the opinion that we are not entitled to compensation. Then let me ask you this. "Why do I still receive residual checks for "Law and Order" and "Hardcastle and McCormick" all these years later? I couldn't put a down payment on a house with them...lol!....but they are still coming in! Next question: "Why did Cohen find some of us, send one or two checks....and then just STOP?" There was no rhyme or reason to hi

Let me please make something VERY CLEAR...and this is said to all of you with kindness. Since none of you know me at all, let it suffice to say that I am an extreeeemely easy going person...takes a LOT to tick me off. I have gone through the most horriffic nightmare, as a mother, that you could EVER BEGIN to imagine...and it is ongoing...and that is the reason I have "dropped off the planet" these years...you will read about that in MANY articles that will be forthcoming. Those of you

Yes, Both AFTRA and Equity were involved...Equity, most definitely, because ALL of the performers were on Equity contracts....but this was aired on television...sooo...we all got switched to AFTRA. This is where the "ARRANGEMENT" question arises for all of us. There were percentages in place for this sort of thing. We weren't paid those percentages...and let's not even get into where that put our health insurance and retirement monies! These are the questions that we feel are more than

Hi, guys...Wanda again ...Wishing you all an Empowered Thursday! *I'm re-sending my final post from last night...for some reason it didn't go through.* It read: Hi, again everyone...Wanda here... This is difficult to answer everyone individually, so let me close this evening by saying it is important for you all to know that very shortly this will be unfolding, and you will be reading information that is directly from our legal

Hi, again everyone...Wanda here... This is difficult to answer everyone individually, so let me close this evening by saying it is important for you all to know that very shortly this will be unfolding, and you will be reading information that is directly from our legal counsel. I'm sure you will all be made aware of Mr. Smiley's findings along with us. We still don't know exactly where the "truth and nothing but the truth" lies, and it is not appropriate for me to say anything more at

Wanda Richert here again...responding to "West Village" in particular. For your information, we do have "stars" on board for this...who they are, however, is privileged information. May I also remind you that I was Nominated for the Tony that evening the show was taped. My name did not even appear in the correspondence from Chris Cohen to the attorney. ...and I am laughing heartily at your comment about me being out of work for so long and short on cash!...think you didn't do your homework o

I always find it sooo very interesting to listen to the opinions of people when they judge a situation they have NO idea about. Harsh statements without any knowledge of the cold, hard, facts is never a good idea. I would like to SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT...for myself, and I would venture to say, every one of us who have retained Mr. Smiley to represent us. This situation is NOT focused on our residual payments from PBS alone...these DVDs are being sold THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. Just out of curiosity
