I'm wondering if it is going to transfer to Broadway after its run at the Public. It was supposed to play in Toronto in Feb/Mar but was cancelled due to "scheduling conflicts". If it does, I think it could be a contender for Best Musical.

Maybe it could be Alison Fraser. She was off-Broadway in 2015 and was last on Broadway in 2008.

Is Jenn leaving any time soon? She recently posted on her Instagram saying that she is rehearsing a new show called the The Suffragists and it will be playing at the Public Theatre.

Any news if Girl From the North Country is going to transfer? I know it is playing in Toronto from Feb to Mar. If it opens in time (like late April), I think it could be a contender for Best Musical.

I haven't seen it yet, but I would recommend Once on this Island. It has had amazing reviews so far and the cast is amazing. I've heard that it is quite immersive as well.

I saw CFA in March at the performance when Justin Trudeau was there. I was sitting in the balcony right behind a woman who was on Twitter the whole show, live tweeting the event. She even filmed Welcome to the Rock and posted it on Twitter. The usher kindly told her to turn off her phone and she did...for 5 full minutes, before going on live tweeting again. People around us started to get mad, cause she was also talking at full volume to her friend next to her. I leaned down to tell her nicel...

Come from Away and Once on this Island are both great shows, that are not Phantom of the Opera-esque.
