Perfectliar - The giant web is new because that wasn't a part of the otherwise lame final sequence when I saw it last week. Did it work for you? Also, the ending "Go get em Tiger" and the drop (which I thought was extremely limp and disappointing) is the same. What did you think? Also, how was Natalie Mendoza?

I wasn't actually deriding non-theatre people at all, I was more commenting on those who seem to have a knee-jerk death-wish against the show (ie. Michael Riedel). If the show has a chance at all, it will be more with the tourist set anyway rather than the snobby New York theatre-goer.

I have heard through the grapevine that the creative team is not blind to audience feedback. They would be stupid to ignore it. So I look forward to seeing it again post-opening to see how it's change

Well I went to see the preview last night and I walked away with a lot of mixed emotion. As a member of the theatre community, unlike some of the haters on this thread I don't wish anyone in this production any ill-will and I would like to see the production succeed for their sake. However, the show needs a lot of work. Luckily they have awhile till opening and I'm sure they are making changes.
