Agreed but its supposed to be a staircase. The dress wasnt white i stand corrected. But the lighting was different and thats what i meant i guess. Hadnt seen it in a while so my apologies.But no worries there are zero "staircase" scenes now! My other observations stand tho.

Yeah that last chrisine scene was awful. Its was very cold. I wish they had kept those original parts from the older tour production. Shocked really. But JCS and Les Mis new productions are equally awful so it is what it is. I feel like i was raoul slapped.

The other staircase scene is when phantom takes christine down the lair. It slants. Now they have a turntable sjmiliar to les mis that has stairs that come me out.

Possibly the white dress but i assure you i have seen this a handful of times and have the ticket stubs and playbills to prove it. The other points were valid. I remember that particular scene having a certain element to it that was. Not there. Granted, prior to this i saw the production maybe 10 years ago with the tour cast and wasnt as disappointed.
