Mayer-helmed GALILEO musical and more part of Berkeley Rep season

I was at the first preview last night! Got to talk with Michael Weiner pre-show - he said last night's performance would be just the 2nd time the show would be run through in full. Never would have guessed - it was SO GOOD.

Saw Zoe Sarnak and Danny Strong on the way out of the theater. I was so amped that I told them the show was '****ing awesome!'. They clapped and said they loved the energy.

Got tickets this week via Today Tix, for $49 each. No ability to pick seats. Mine were in center balcony, but a couple of folx I know were given orchestra seats. For fifty bucks.

I hope this deal comes along again. I'd love to see it another time!

I saw the show tonight in San Francisco and enjoyed it for the most part.

I was surprised to see how few seats were filled...50% of the house, at best. And multiple folks around me left during act one or didnt return from intermission.
