i don't know if this was performed on broadway - probably just off-broadway. it's a play that i read a while ago. it was written by a female playwright in the twenty first century. small cast, i think just two characters. the writing made EXTENSIVE use of idioms. very quippy. characters would use idioms, botch idioms, mix idioms, recycle the words of idioms to say something else .... and i recall there being a motif of a dead child. it's driving me insane. i've raked through every list of fem...
