It seems to me that satirizing reality dating shows is impossible, because they're already so bizarrely ridiculous, there's no further to go. They already are a satire on human vulgarity.
On top of that, these writers seem to only be able to make the most obvious and simplistic gags - no surprises here.
After 40 minutes, I wished that I could leave and do something actually entertaining, like wash my hair...
