Alto solo about heartbreak/break-up/etc.

IE is coming soon and with a recent break-up giving a LOT of pent up emotions, I was hoping to be able to express my pain or whatever with a song piece. I'm looking for something "Trina's Song" from Falsettos-isk. Just generally something with beats, something that has the possibility of movement, and something that just generally isn't me sobbing over a person for 3 minutes.
My range is comfortably A3-D5.
