Going to NYC this weekend...Stage Door Questions

Another stage door question. I'm not a stage door person normally, but I'm taking my niece to How To Succeed, and guess who she hopes to see??!! Anyway, I REFUSE to leave the show early to get to the stage door. Any chance if we wait outside before the show we'll see actors entering? Hope this doesn't seem like a dumb question, just trying to find a compromise for her.
