Did anyone go to the Venus in Fur first preview?
I went to see this based on reviews of the prior production and comments made here. Also, the subject matter interests me. I was so disappointed. Bored, actually. 90 minutes seemed like 2 1/2 hours. What I'm truly confused with is everyone's effusive comments and accolades for the lead actress. I thought the performance was mediocre at best.
