(Replying to my own post lol) Winthrop- Parker Dzuba. I saw him in the Les Miz Tour and he was fantastic! Amaryllis- Audrey Bennett and Madeleine Guilbot. I saw Madeleine as Gretl in the Sound of Music and have yet to see Audrey, but both seem the right age and have a few professional shows on their resumes.
