Paid by CC. They did not suggest me sending back the tickets. I gladly would have. I asked multiple times if they could contact the theater which they can, to explain the situation just to reschedule and release the seats not a refund but they said it wouldn’t help. I just happen to be in the city a few weeks ago and bought the tkts @ box office to save fees. But it looks like those fees would have saved me in the end.

Called Telecharge today trying to reschedule not refund my Company tickets for tonight. I was bringing my 80 year old mother, she caught a cold over the weekend and both myself and her doctor said no way. I bought the tickets at the box office but live near philly so exchanging in person was not doable, Telecharge wouldn’t budge they just said Past Date is my only option which kinda stresses me out.
