Talking to my boyfriend last night, (who also works in the medium of musical theatre) we reallized the slim pickens for audition songs for male singers. I.E.: "Lost In The Wilderness" "Meadowlark" "Sailing" and the kicker "Vanillia Ice-cream". ARE WE ALL SINGING THE SAME DAMN SONGS? Because of a shows QUICK depart from the "great white way", future audiences never get to hear or discover these diamonds in the rough, or FLOPS as we lovingly call them.
