Almost entire Europe is free to travel if you possess a Covid certificate. It means that you should be fully vaccinated or present a covid negative test that is valid for 72 hours. Still, it happens that they don't verify the covid certificate. When I visited Germany, I used https://www.dbauskunft.com/de/ train, and no one there asked for my covid certificate.
