Looking for Single Ticket to CSC Assassins

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a single ticket ideally to the 12/4 8pm performance. I'm also open to other dates in December. I'm checking the website and entering the lotto, but wanted to also check here.
Also, what are the chances of getting a rush ticket day of? I read elsewhere that multiple seats are empty at each performance.

I'm keep a close eye on the website and entering the lotto, but was wondering if anyone was selling a single ticket for 12/4 at 8pm? Also interested in other days too.
Also, how likely it is to be able to just buy one at the box office day of? I've read that at least a couple seats are empty per show.
