A sudden and horrible tragedy. For those who don't know his work, Rob was one of Australia's most respected musical theatre veterans, having performed the role of The Phantom over 2000 times. Everyone in Australian Theatre will feel the blow, not just the cast of Wicked but the cast of every current, and past, production running who all have at some stage shared the stage with this talented individual.

Magda Szubanski is a comedic idol down here in Australia (alot of you might know of her from the movie Babe). She will be perfect for it.

Jeanie is a wonderful woman, I've spoken to her many a time, best suck up to her next time to get into those parties

And the thing that amazes me about it is that there productions are always superb! even musicals I'm not a fan of I end up enjoying there productions.

I saw it twice also, first night I was extremely sick so it was all a bit of a haze to me. I then saw it on the last night and was blown away. Judi Connelli was simply superb on her last night, her "As If We Never Said Goodbye" had me in tears. And I completely agree with you about Chelsea as Betty! she was absolutely FANTASTIC. Best I've seen in the role.
All in all I loved the production, just wished it had run longer so I could of seen it again hehe.
