My point was simply that the show has been revived already, I would just like to see something that hasn't been. I did however not realize that the production of Assassins was so recent. Somewhere in my brain it was earlier. It was just a thought.

Now, I am the first to bow down to the genius of Sondheim. That being said, I am pretty unexcited about the idea of Into the Woods back on Broadway. Now obviously nothing is confirmed but with the rumors flying around, I just wanted some other opinions It seems we just had a revival, let's not beat the show to death. Also, lets take a look at Sondheim's very long rep list...There are some shows that really need to be looked at again. I would love to see a Merrily back with the Encores edits. ...
