I don't for a minute believe that Blxx saw a black mask (steward) on his phone while inside the show.  I have occasionally seen audience members classless enough to pull out their phones, but I black mask would be fired without hesitation. 

Yes, there are always going to be people in the audience that are clueless, but the show is big enough that you can always go somewhere else if you have a problem with audience behavior.

Hello there. I'm not sure if you've found it or not, but there is an incredibly active fan community for SLEEP NO MORE that has formed on Tumblr. There's an active tag (Sleep No More) and numerous (some would say too many) fan blogs dedicated to the show. If you haven't found it, and are interested, start with my blog at http://bloodwillhavebloodtheysay.tumblr.com-- at the top I have a tab called SLEEP NO MORE links, which include most of the active Tumblr accounts that I am aware of. There may be a few news ones since I updated.

Anyway, it's a typical fandom, lots of silliness, lots of discussion, lots of sharing of experiences, and occasionally some drama, but there is a really fantastic community of people who are eager to share in all things SLEEP NO MORE there.

I can't imagine anyone with an appreciation for innovative theatre or dance not LOVING it. The set itself is a character.

Most regular Insomniacs would tell you that the "secret" to getting a 1-1 is that you have to be in the right place at the right time. That said, there are some, things you can do to improve your chances.

#1) Do NOT be obnoxious. The performers really do notice, and it will make them less likely to choose you.

#2) Be loyal. Again, the performers notice and appreciate having a person invest time in following their story.

Actually, from what I heard, they had to change some of the character names from the Boston run to the NY run. (I expect it is probably because of REBECCA coming to Broadway.) Unofficially, many fans still refer to the characters as their old names, in particular Agnes DeWinter and Mrs. Danvers, although they have been renamed (as you will see in their program).
