I feel that she is a bit obsessed with body parts. Remember the play about her stomach? I think your friend is right in that her work gives the impression that women think about vaginas or stomachs enough to have an opinion about them. I know I don't. This is one of those cases where women say that it is empowering to "embrace" their sexuality by going public with it. I also look to see which shows are closing because if I've seen it I want the theater to go vacant so another show can come in. Also, some shows are so bad that they don't deserve to even be mounted and should be closed out of respect for the descerning theater-going public.

Everyone should lay off of you! I applaud the fact that you are exposing yourself to the arts at such a young age. You are the future of broadway! If young people don't get involved then the art form will not survive. You also show a high degree of critical thinking because you are acknowledging that first and foremost broadway is a business.
