Waay back in 1996 in Tempe, AZ. He was decent. He understood the character and that counts for a lot in my book. Personally, I was more excited to see Roger Bart as Bud Frump and Pam Blair (the original Val from A Chorus Line) as Miss LaRue. I'm not aware of any recordings.

Her set list with the Phoenix Symphony about 6 weeks ago: Let Me Entertain You No One is Alone There is Nothing Like a Dame Fever Unexpected Song Not a Day Goes By You Could Drive a Person Crazy Mr. Snow Being Alive Children Will Listen The Gentleman is a Dope Shenandoah Encore: Rose’s Turn Count Your Blessings Instead of Sheep She was her usual wonderful self.
