Official JCM as Hedwig (2015 Edition) Thread Apr 4 2015, 04:18:38 AM
"saw john last night. third time seeing the show and first time seeing john, who was of course amazing. we sat center orchestra row b and the seats couldn't have been better (john pointed at us on the "YOU'RE the bitch who stopped my on the way in" line!) the crate added so much to the show, and the new dynamic between h/y is my favorite one thus far by a MILE. during the wiab quick change (which yitzhak now does because of john's knee) the zipper got caught, so a

Official JCM as Hedwig (2015 Edition) Thread Apr 4 2015, 04:08:13 AM
My husband and I actually sat in those exact seats for both the 7pm and 10pm shows tonight! I thought they were amazing, but it depends on what's most important to you I guess. We'd seen the show before, but if you haven't, further back will give you a better overall view (especially during Origin of Love). But in those second row seats, you get unbeatable closeup detail of John, you get an up close view of the car wash, you get to high five Yitzhak when he leaves the stage... And

Official JCM as Hedwig (2015 Edition) Thread Mar 23 2015, 01:30:30 PM
Agreed - I never get tired of reading the rave reviews and hearing from other people who were as affected by JCM's performance as I was. And I'm also glad to hear from other people who've spent a lot of money on tickets and/or seen several performances in a row - at least I'm in good company. My husband and I had to reschedule our original trip, but finally saw JCM twice in one weekend and it was so incredible that I knew I had to go back. We're going again in a couple of weeks, and just to be "efficient" are planning to see all 4 shows Friday and Saturday. On the one hand I feel kind of insane for doing that, but on the other hand I know other people who have done it and thought it was worth it, and I won't regret it. JCM seems to be one of the few people who can make a show feel new and fresh with every performance. I've also seen NPH twice, Andrew Rannells and Michael C. Hall once each, and have tickets for JCM's final performance. This is turning into an insanely expensive passion, but I don't spend that much money on anything else and I would completely do it all over again. Having committed so much at this point though, I feel like I have to see every Hedwig at least once, which could get a little ridiculous. :)

Official JCM as Hedwig (2015 Edition) Thread Mar 12 2015, 03:22:39 PM
@Rainbow Carnage - I'm not sure specifically about the Playbill, but I was told that it's fine to send fanmail to the theater. My husband was nice enough to run in to the Belasco and ask while we were on our way to the airport to fly home, and he said the guy said people do it all the time and he does receive it. I feel you - it's something I very rarely consider doing too, but JCM was so incredible and he was so sweet at the stage door (I gave him something after the 10pm show last

Yes! Feel free to PM me if interested. Was hoping to sell them for around $200 each (we paid $250), but that's definitely negotiable. Cash or PayPal would be easiest.

I have 2 extra tkts to the 3/7 10pm Hedwig show. Orchestra center row F, price negotiable. I can't sell thru StubHub because they said they're not open late enough for pickup of the physical tkts. We'll be at the show and can deliver the tkts there. Please let me know asap if interested!!
