I wish they would do another song! They've done "Hair" for the Tony's, GMA, and now Conan. But, as always, that cast just wins my heart. Anyone else catch Kacie taking one of the band members hats? So cute!

I read or saw in an interview a while back that John Gallagher had to style his own hair for the first act, then at intermission the "hair guy" would do it.
