Talkin Loud, I received something back from Paulo Szot right when he rejoined the cast...it took about two weeks.

Yep...I used the one on her website. She asks for a $10 donation to her charity though if you want an autograph.

Steven22, It took about 2 weeks. I wrote a letter to the stage manager telling them how much I love the score and everything I'd seen of the show. They also sent back a letter asking me to make a donation to BC/EFA in return for the playbill.

I got got an opening night playbill from Next to Normal signed by the entire cast. Also, Angela Lansbury took less than a week for me.
