Broadway world " weekly ticket buying guide "

Could someone please explain to me what metric this feature is using as "the best"? Ie are they tracking cheapest? most empty seats available ? Most seats available from box office ? or extra BO sources like TKTS booth or...? Seat locations ? ( since seat geek is mentioned ) And what day and time are they making these calculations and predictions? I'm a little confused ! Thanks!

Great, thanks ! have checked the store on 44th and 8th and and the little satellite store with no luck : ( fear we may have to wait till it gets another major production, like in LA , but not sure that's gonna happen given the box office here ( which I really don't understand !) Keep me posted : )
