I am not sure why people are signing a silly petition. Disney when it produces Hunchback on Broadway it will be a big market decision with lots of money spent on it. Disney wants to produce the very best musical they can. What is so bad about them not taking time to do this. It worries me people want to rush this rather than waiting to get the best product they can.
