Autumn's voice. I disagree - I think there's a slightly quirky and innocent
quality about her voice - the way she said "All this PLUS a brain" made me
smile.
I'm with you. Her delivery on that was outstanding and so endearing!

I agree that Equity should utterly outlaw this type of stunt. It's an insult to everyone who has come to Broadway and tried to work their way up the ladder. If the producers can't be made to see the light, they should be forced to uphold a rule.
It's. Just. Theatre.

But when it comes to the remaining girls, Autumn sucks the least.

Except maybe the "not sucking" part.

While some may not like her tone, Autumn has scads more command of her vocal instrument than any of the remaining girls. (I'd say Lauren was a close second, and really outstanding compared to the rest of the girls her age.) Sporky, you seem like you really know your vocal stuff. I'm just a country rock singer with a couple of years of opera training (i can speak more of technique than actually effectively practice it; I know enough tricks to get by), but I've been doing this long enough to hea

Yes it is, Sporky.
Lighten up.
How do you know? With the show's oh-so accurate auditions (Dancing on Cobblestones & dyeing your hair) you have no idea who can carry the show until they are put IN the show.
Weeding out all the reality tv stunts this show has offered, Autumn is clearly the only pro-level girl there. From what we've seen, she's the only one whose ready to take the show tomorrow. The rest of the girls might improve with more rehearsal, but Autumn needs the least amount of fine tuning.

I'm-gonna-dance-with-u. (to the tune of na na na na na na.)
There are some great girls there, but Autumn's the only one who can carry a show at this point.

re: The Search for Elle THOUGHTS!

Actually, Emma is my favorite contestant. She seems the most real, which I appreciate. So she's not as starry-eyed as the other girls because she grew up in the biz. At least she's not faking the bubbly for the show. She's the one I'd most like to hang with.

From what is shown on MTV, performance-wise, I would cast Autumn as Elle. Judging only from what mtv shows us, her audition material has been the strongest all around; she seems more-than-ready to step in to the role tomorrow
