funnily enough, aaron's portrayal of archie wasn't the thing that bothered me most about the show. it was more the way the other characters treated him. and that was in the book, not even necessarily in the performances of the other actors.
i think aaron simon gross has an interesting voice and a good deal of stage presence.

this show is mean-spirited.
it promotes the worst stereotypes that exist in america today and undermines the youth of this country and the real difficulties that exist for kids in junior high.
the jokes were incredibly off-color and downright tasteless, and worst of all, there was no "voice of reason" character on the stage to point out the fact that these statements could be incredibly hurtful.
