Most recently overdone audition songs?

I have an upcoming audition and I'm trying to stay away from overdone songs, obviously, but I feel like no matter what I sing, it will be overdone! Is Goodbye, Little Dream, Goodbye used too often? Can you also tell me musicals to avoid all together? Thanks!

Audition song for Wednesday Addams

I really didn't want to have to post on this board because I understand there are other boards for this topic, but no one will respond to me on the other boards. I am auditioning for Wednesday next month, but I can not find the perfect song. This is my dream role so I'm kinda picky about what to sing. I'm looking for a song that I can show emotion with. Maybe some dark comedy or just a dark song. Thank you in advance! (:
