@ChiTheaterFan, technically yes, but every time I've done it they've been fine with it even if it wasn't sold out (and showed no hesitation if it was close to showtime)

Best shows to rush?
Fun Home standing room is probably the best deal on Broadway right now (unless you happen to win Ham4Ham). $27, an amazing, perfect view (because it's in the round you're only 8 rows back, and on one of the two sides where you can see the most), and super easy to get any time of day. Because they sell both wide sides, there's around 40 SR spots, and I've done it a bunch and never seen it full.
