If lining up for cancellation, do you actually have to say what kind of tickets you are waiting for or can you grab any tickets that gets passed by those in front of you? How would the line be longer on Wednesdays when there are 2 shows? Shouldn't  it be easier as you have chances of getting either the matinee and if you don't get one, you are next in line for the evening show? Or is someone enforcing 2 lines?
