When I saw Ms. Midler at Radio City Music Hall, I guess it was like ten years ago, (Probably more..wow)...anyway...she stopped and chatted after the show with the fans at the stage door and signed many autographs. Everyone commented how she was so nice and gracious. So, I'd say there's a good chance she would do it again, if she hasn't changed much from more than ten years ago (wow.)
