I agree that the Dad dies.The play has this mystical, esoteric feel to it throughout the play. It starts off with Mr. Birney standing on the top of the stairs and waiting in the darkness while a very loud booming noise can be heard foreshadowing the supernatural in the play.We overhear Momo saying "You can't come back here! You can't come back from here!" It's as if she feels that he's going to die and she is behaving very upset by this notion.The last scene he is seen crying and very emotion...
