I agree with BobbyBubby, I read a lot about the play mainly through websites and publications like Variety, because Canadian media in the west didn't really feature anything, although they launched the play in Edmonton, Alberta at the Citadel theatre but I didn't want to see it without the original cast.
When I saw the first scene of the movie, I was astounded in terms of the dialog. The movie does sound like a play, but it's written intelligently. It is a different type of movie. I tol

Has anyone seen the taped version that is at the New York Public Library?
I'm not from the US but I just was curious to how it looks.

I found this site which has the Vh1 all access show on Joe. They have some behind the scenes of Wicked but it's mostly about him.
The clips can be downloaded from this website, there are two files.
