We are just getting this in France right now, and I was wondering wether the titles where or where not titles of song, mostly from Sondheim as a matter of fact.

One I remember is "Children Will Listen", a reference to Into the Woods.

Yeah, there was one called "Sunday in the Park with George." re: Desperate Housewives Episodes' Titles That amused me. They are all song titles but not all of them are Sondheim.
