What a waste of an hour. Plus, a Christian and Sean gay dream sequence (finally) and all we get was THAT?

Last season was slow in the beginning but it picked up halfway through. I'm hoping that's what happens this time around.

There is too much going on this year. Scientology, the baby, the psycho nanny, J.R. buying the company, Christian's thing with the wife, the blackmail, the kidney theives, Brooke, Rosie... It's all just too much.

I now wonder how Joely is going to leave. (And I think she's too pointy, but that's for another thread.)
I caught up on Season 2 over the week, since I missed the original air dates.
So far, I think Ava is the best character. Do you think they'll bring her back?

I wouldn't put it past them to bring Ava back. But if they do, it has to be in some twisted clever way, otherwise it will seem like a plea for ratings.

Last night's episode was bizarre. It almost had a Melrose Place vibe going on, with all the scandal and weirdness. It's getting strange. Whoa Monica! That part almost seemd like a cop-out to get rid of her, but I'm sure they will revisit the situation down the road.

And Julia is annoying in so many ways - I think it's the character, moreso than Joely for me. Julia's so flustered and clueless and freaking out all the time. And she always looks like she just spent the last hour crying her eyes out with some rough tissues. What a bundle of nerves that character is.
Now we know where Matt gets it from.

And where has Miss Annie been? I want to know her damage on the hands issue.

Sean is a loooooser. Still love me some Christian.

I know. It's like she blows her nose with sandpaper.

Annie? Annie is window dressing...she pops up at Christmastime and gets a teensy storyline every now and then...like with the whole tampon thing S2. I wondner if they'll delve furtner into the baby lobster claw hand freakouts. I still like the McNamaras, but we all know Sean and Julia are waaaaay too self-absorbed to parent effectively.

I love Brooke Shields, but her face is getting a little haggard looking.

The one storyline I am HATING is the faux-mance between Michelle and Christian. Give me a break. He blackmails her into f--king him, learns her Jackie Bisset sob story and all of a sudden he's in luuuuurve. There is no chemistry between them. Christian and Kimber, Christian and Julia, Christian and Gina...sparks. These two? Nothin'!

I must agree. No chemistry at ALL. I guess that's why I don't get it. And that whole sick thing about boinking in front of J.R. YUCK!

I think there should be one psycho stalker per yer for the show. Monica and now the Doc are a bit much. And as soon as Monica ran out into the street, I knew a bus was coming. It was very Final Destination. I am still sure that Julia will find out. But how? As for Brooke, it looked like they had bad sex one time on her desk. Why on earth would she be obsessed with him? Christian is losing a great deal of the sex appeal for me.

The police will probably come to get a report about the accident from Sean since he was a witness. He'll be busted because Julia won't understand why he didn't tell her about it. Sean is an awful liar and he'll blurt out the truth.

OR the nanny will figure it out. He's pretty perceptive.

I want some more Peter Dinklage face time. He's a breath of fresh air on this show. I adore him and I asolutely love his speaking voice.

I really didn't like her that much.
I don't think she can act, but she's funny.
But I did feel bad for her when she read the note in the end, something about her being more fun when she was poor.
I want to see more Vanessa Redgrave.

I was actually joking.
My boyfriend can either buy a new laptop or the beosound 3200, by Bang & Olufson. I want the laptop. He wants the CD player. For the price of that, we can buy two laptops.
Oh well.. we'll just have to save up some more money I guess.
The computer I'm on now is actually owned by the boyfriend's company and when he quits, we have to give it back. I'd rather have something to replace it with isntead of a new CD player.

Oh God, me too, FW. Awful storyline. Hate Burt. Hate Michelle and the instant love affair we're supposed to buy in to even though they have zero chemistry. I also think the woman portraying Michelle is a horrible actress. She sucks in this role.

Roma Maffia was excellent last night (she usually is, though) and I got a kick out of Rosie. The whole mouse scenario got to me...I was actually tearing up when they were playing "Vincent!"

To answer your question, yes. The only reason Kimber slept with Matt was to get back at Christian. She's as big a f--k up as he is.

Looks like we get some Dinklage next week!
