I am not an Observant Jew. And there is Kosher Chinese but i will not eat it. Kosher food is not as good.

Kosher food is "not as good?" Not as good as WHAT? I go to a Kosher cafe for lunch fairly frequently and every item I have had has been scrumptious. Corine, where is your taste?
