I hope he gets a studio and producers to back him. Why are we just NOW getting film versions of MISS SAIGON and LES MISERABLES?

You need to correct your heading, which is totally misleading.

He mentions that he would LIKE to helm MISS SAIGON (something other directors have mentioned as well in the past). He ISN'T filming it -- its a wishful dream right now.

Your heading states he IS about to film it.

Wrong! Wrong! Wrong!

Ya think? The next time I walk down the street and hear someone say "Yeah, I'd love to make a film of whatever, I'll begin a thread stating Person On Street To Helm Whatever movie musical
