Sheet Music Help Needed

I have been looking all over for these and can't find my PDF copies and need them by tommorrow for rehearsal:

Those Were The Good Old Days, From Damn Yankees- I need the lead-in which is not in the published version.

And...

Either "Half As Big As Life" or "She Likes Basketball" from Promises, as I can't find my old score and these don't seem to be available anywhere.

I'm doing a revue this weekend and would like to sing these as I have done them before and wouldn't have to do a lot of brushing up.

Anyone who can help I would be forever greatful!

Thank you for the help with the songs from Promises- however the Damn Yankee's one is the one I've got- it doesn't have the intro to the song:
