I want to buy tickets for the upcoming Illusionists show at the Marquis theater. I am most excited to see the close up card magic. Anyways I've never been to the theater and I don't know what seats would be best. I'm torn between two options (both the same price):
1: Front row mezzanine dead center. I'm quite short and I don't want anyone blocking my view plus I would get an overhead view of the card magic being done on the table but I'm afraid I'll be too far away/too high to really enjoy slight of hand card magic.
2: 4th row in the orchestra but off to the side (orchestra left). Obviously this would be closer but I'm afraid of a tall person blocking my view and being too far off to the side to really enjoy the show.
I have no idea what this theater is like. I sat in the center mezz about halfway back in the front section at the Broadhurst theater for Anastasia and thought that was absolutely fantastic. Would it be similar for the mezz at the Marquis?
